My background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Fitness as well as a brief period as a graduate Assistant Division 1 Strength Coach. I left that world because I wasn’t ready to spend my life in gym yet and wanted to pursue my original career plan to be a Police Officer.

I was a cop for almost 4 years. I then decided to challenge myself further and enlisted in the Army at 28 with an 11x Option 40 contract. This guaranteed in me an opportunity to join the 75th Ranger Regiment. Thankfully, I made it through assessment and while serving in Battalion I graduated from Ranger School and did two combat rotations to Afghanistan. I am nothing special, but for new readers I am just providing the context of the unique blend of experience you’re getting when you trust us with your physical preparation.

Enduring Phase II

 

Above is our first week of training that starts on October 27th. We open the phase up with a total body strength session that uses moderate loading to set a baseline for the rest of the 4 week block (out of the 10 weeks of programming). In the middle of the week we use short duration high intensity interval training that by design has you get as close to full recovery as possible between sets. Quality of the reps remain high and we build our volume over the next few weeks…this teaches you how to repeat quality power outputs…not just how to survive periods of high intensity.

We then end the week with strength ladders but again with this being week one we start out conservatively with the loading. By the end of the first phase you will have developed strength, muscle, and your aerobic system.

 

Enduring: Phase II- Last Week Leading into 2026

 

Enduring doesn’t stop at the week 1 model and repeat until 2026. The image above is the final week of training and what you will work towards to bring in the New Year.

Heavy triples on the big movements on day 1 with accessories, and then during the week we knock out some nausea inducing Lactic intervals. We recover after those sessions with zone 2 and tempo intervals before we build a little muscle on our final lift day of the week. Then we end this phase by our aerobic system to its limits with cardiac power intervals (you did these the week prior as well).

If you maintain the course from October 27th to January 3rd, you’ll have earned the ability to take advantage of this higher intensity methods.

Then, when we start our new block on January 5th that is currently being planned you’ll just build off of what you already created.
