Gorilla Strength was written with a few goals, pulling, pressing and squatting. We combined strength with functional movements and breathing/cardio. You probably won’t like the latter however, if you can’t stay in the fight you lose. Stay safe, Stay Lethal and remember that We Go Home.
A full gym is recommended. But if you have a Rack,Barbell, KB and DB only it will suffice.
