Apparel Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on apparel items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, apparel items must:

- Be unworn and unused
- Be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear
- Have all original tags attached
- Include original packaging
- Be received and pass inspection by our team

Customers may initiate a return or exchange through their customer account using our self-service return portal or by contacting our support team at support@wegohomesupps.com.

If the return or exchange is requested for reasons unrelated to an error on our part, including sizing, fit, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide a discounted return shipping label that can be printed and used for the return shipment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return or exchange is required due to an error on the part of We Go Home Supplements, including damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the approved refund or exchange.

Returns may be subject to restocking fees, partial refunds, or rejection if the returned items do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.

Supplement Return Policy

Due to safety, quality control, and hygiene standards, opened supplements are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

We are also unable to provide refunds or exchanges based on personal preferences, including but not limited to taste, texture, flavor, or subjective product experience.

If you receive an unopened supplement that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and any damage, defects, or incorrect items received

After reviewing the information provided, our team will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
