Gorilla Strength was written with a few goals, pulling, pressing and squatting. We combined strength with functional movements and breathing/cardio. You probably won’t like the latter however, if you can’t stay in the fight you lose. Stay safe, Stay Lethal and remember that We Go Home.
A full gym is recommended. But if you have a Rack,Barbell, KB and DB only it will suffice.
I purchased the Gorilla Strength program in December 2021 and started January of 2022. It's now March 2022 and since starting the program I've lost 25 pounds, increased my strength, stamina and agility. This program and the people behind it are 100% for those of us on the front lines.
